The 𝐂𝐨𝐫𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐜𝐞 𝐂𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐕𝐢𝐬𝐡𝐯𝐞𝐬𝐡𝐰𝐚𝐫𝐲𝐚 𝐆𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐩 𝐨𝐟 𝐈𝐧𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐭𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬, 𝐃𝐚𝐝𝐫𝐢, 𝐆𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐍𝐨𝐢𝐝𝐚 organized an industry visit for 𝐌𝐁𝐀 𝐄𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐨𝐲𝐚𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲 & 𝐁𝐁𝐀+ students. This 𝐢𝐧𝐝𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐯𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐭 was held to raise 𝐚𝐰𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐡𝐨𝐰 𝐚 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐚𝐧𝐲 𝐨𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐭𝐨 𝐠𝐚𝐢𝐧 𝐚 𝐠𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐥 𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐮𝐟𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐜𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐞𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐭𝐞𝐜𝐡𝐧𝐨𝐥𝐨𝐠𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐛𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐤𝐭𝐡𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐠𝐡𝐬 in today’s 𝐜𝐮𝐭𝐭𝐡𝐫𝐨𝐚𝐭 𝐦𝐚𝐫𝐤𝐞𝐭𝐩𝐥𝐚𝐜𝐞.

A well-known brand in the 𝐞𝐥𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐫𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐚𝐩𝐩𝐥𝐢𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐢𝐧𝐝𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐲 is 𝐇𝐚𝐢𝐞𝐫. We were conversing with the production head of the firm and his or her staff, including 𝐌𝐫. 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐫 𝐓𝐨𝐦𝐚𝐫 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐌𝐬. 𝐀𝐚𝐬𝐡𝐢 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐮𝐡𝐚𝐧. Students visited the 𝐖𝐚𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐌𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐞 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐟𝐚𝐜𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲 where the entire process from the creation of the 𝐞𝐱𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐨𝐫 𝐛𝐨𝐝𝐲 through 𝐩𝐚𝐜𝐤𝐚𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐠 was demonstrated. This visit was 𝐡𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐥𝐲 𝐢𝐧𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 and useful for understanding how a factory operates and how each created product is verified several times before 𝐛𝐞𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐩𝐚𝐜𝐤𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐝 and sent to retail locations. After that, a number of items were presented to us along with their 𝐝𝐞𝐦𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬. Through this factory tour, students learned about the 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐜𝐞𝐝𝐮𝐫𝐞𝐬 for the everyday items they use on a daily basis, raising their knowledge of the 𝐭𝐞𝐜𝐡𝐧𝐨𝐥𝐨𝐠𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐚𝐝𝐯𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬 occurring in factories run by 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐞𝐬 𝐥𝐢𝐤𝐞 𝐇𝐚𝐢𝐞𝐫.
